I couldn't be happier with the cat grooming service I received! The team was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly experienced with handling cats. My normally nervous cat was calm throughout the process, and the groomers made sure he was comfortable at every step. The grooming itself was top-notch—his coat has never looked so shiny and clean! They paid attention to all the little details, from trimming his nails to cleaning his ears. I also appreciated how clean and welcoming the facility was. Cats smell nice and are very clean after grooming. My cats are not scared to be groomed here, so that means the environment and the groomers here are very experienced and do not frighten the cats. Even though I travel down from Canberra, I think it is ok as it is not easy to find good groomers. 5 stars.

I have tried a few groomers for my cat and eventually settled for Purrfect Meows as their grooming is stress-free for my cat; which is already a big plus in itself as she used to come home and hide for a few hours after grooming and would also refused food for that day with her previous groomer. Being cat owners themselves; Afiq & team are gentle with my cat and meticulous in their care and grooming. My cat comes home smelling fresh and looks great!

Afiq is an extremely patient and caring groomer. My husband and I was happy with the prompt response when we want to get an appointment for our fur baby. This was our first attempt at getting grooming done at Purrfect Meows. The best part was coming home with a very happy cat.
